Apply now and spend the summer assisting one of our Flotilla Skippers!

You should be capable of deputising for the Skipper and running all aspects of the guests holiday. You will be responsible for the social and administrative side of the holidays, including accounts and flotilla services.

Requirements

Flotilla Mates will need to be an RYA Dinghy or Keelboat instructors with yachting experience, or an RYA Coastal Skipper with experience of teaching novice crews.
